Birthday Cake Batter Ice-cream
This birthday cake batter ice cream recipe is quick, easy, and perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a sweet treat durring the summer time. It’s irresistibly delicious and ideal for those who want to make something special without a lot of effort! The recipe takes about 45 minutes (not including freezing the ice cream bowl) to prepare and is sure to be a hit. Here’s how to make it:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup whole milk (well chilled)
- 3/4 cup granuated sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream(well chilled)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup cake mix

Directions:
- Place the freezer bowl of the ice cream maker in the freezer, leave it in for at least 8 hours prior to making the cream. For convenience, it’s best to keep it in there at all times so it’s always ready to use.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk and granulated sugar until the sugar has dissolved.
- Add the heavy cream and vanilla, stirring until fully combined.
- Mix in the cake mix, ensuring there are no lumps.
- Pour the mixture into the freezer bowl and churn until it thickens (approximately 25-30 minutes).
- Once thickened, transfer the ice cream to a separate container.
- Return the ice cream to the freezer to firm up further ( I suggest 2-3 hours, but this is totally up to you).
- Take it out of the freezer, and enjoy!
